Content

‘Copy to Clipboard’ in the web application will now include graphics, styles, tables, in addition to plain text.

The ‘Review Cycle’ field will now be visible in the content grid and available for import and export.

Added ability to import non-required fields when importing new content from an Excel file.

Added the ability to import the summary field when importing new content from an Excel file.

Search

Added the option to include synonyms in a non-exact phrase search. Users can easily turn this feature on or off based on their searches or preferences.

LaunchPad

Administration

Multifactor authentication is now available for users who are not using Single Sign On.

RapidDocs

Launched PowerPoint support in RapidDocs, which allows users to create and preview content in PowerPoint format. Now users can link PowerPoint content records to RapidDocs templates and generate PowerPoint presentations.

Admins can now link more than one content record to a RapidDocs Templates from a single search.

RapidDocs users will now receive an email notification if their document fails to generate.

Added the ability to edit the values in a list in questions.
