RocketDocs 2.21 Release

 

Content

Content Administrators now have the ability to turn on Enhanced Workflows for Content.

  • Workflow steps can now be assigned to a named user (Bob Jones), a user role (SME, Content Owner, Reviewer), or a group of users (Compliance, Marketing), with content no longer having to go to the content owner between every step, for increased efficiency.
  • Additionally, content is no longer limited to being assigned to SMEs in the first workflow step.
  • Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for additional information on this new feature or for help setting up your Enhanced Workflows. This feature will be turned off by default to avoid any disruptions in process. 

 

Projects

Project Administrators now have the ability to turn on Enhanced Workflows for Projects.

  • Workflow steps can now be assigned to a named user (Bob Jones), a user role (Project Lead, Reviewer, Sales Contact), or a group of users (Legal, Marketing), with projects no longer having to go to the project lead between every step, for increased efficiency.
  • Additionally, projects are no longer limited to being assigned to the project lead in the first workflow step.
  • Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for additional information on this new feature or for help setting up your Enhanced Workflows. This feature will be turned off by default to avoid any disruptions in process. 

 

Added the ability to bulk update attributes for projects.

 

Administration

System Admins can now add custom announcements on the login screen.

LaunchPad

Any attribute restrictions that are put in place for the autofill will now persist in LaunchPad, with users having the ability to modify them as they work through their project.

 

Salesforce Integration

Added template field so that System Admin can find and map the questions and placeholders for specific templates more quickly.

Added type-ahead functionality to all the mapping fields and now the user can search for the value they want without scrolling.

 

RapidDocs

Admins can now add comments to the Questions section under Questionnaire, allowing them to provide instructions, examples, tips, hyperlinks etc. that are visible to users who are generating RapidDocs. 

 

Now Field Users can generate PDF and Zip files from PowerPoint templates.
