Administration 

Permissions Tab Update

The label of the permissions tab has been updated from “Permissions” to “User Management.”

Control Center

Added ‘My Open Questions’ Column to My Projects Table in the Control Center

Users can now see the number of open questions that are assigned to them on projects that they are working on, to allow them to better manage time and open project related questions.

Content

Added ‘Last Edited Date’ to Content Table

A “Last Edited Date” column has been added to the content grid, this date indicates the date of the last edit made to the response (vs. “Last Modified Date” which indicated last date that an edit was made to the content record).

Added ‘Review Cycle’ to Attribute Options in Bulk Attribute Updates

Users with content administrative privileges can now update the ‘Review Cycle’ field via the Bulk Attribute Updates module.

Removed Time Stamp from Date Fields in Excel Content Export 

Date fields will no longer contain a timestamp when content is exported to Excel for more streamlined and user-friendly content reporting.

Removed Inactive Users from Pick Lists

Inactive users will now be removed from content pick lists. However, they will not be removed from the content grid and the Attributes & Tags pages where they were added prior to being deactivated.

Projects

RapidDocs

Added ability to Filter by Reporting Sets

The Generated Documents report can now be filtered by Reporting Sets, allowing for multiple groups to be considered in a single report.

Templates Can Now be Filtered Down by Category During Document Generation 

Templates can now be assigned to categories by RapidDocs admins, allowing field users to filter by category when selecting a template during document generation.

Allow Groups to be Included in Reporting Sets

RocketDocs admins are now able to include existing groups inside of reporting sets.
