Administration
Added Description Field to Groups
Users can now add a description to user groups. This field is intended to share additional information about the group.
Content
Added File Type Field to Content Table
Enable users to be able to see and filter by file type, for responses stored as attachment, to make it easier to find a particular response.
Projects
Project Placeholder Enhancements
All system fields are now available to be used as project placeholders. Additionally, we removed the time stamp from date-based project placeholders and enabled dates to show in the user’s chosen format (US or EU).
RapidDocs
Default Value/Answer for Questions
RapidDocs admins can now set a default value as a response to a question. This allows questions with frequently used responses to be pre-populated in the generate document form.
“Document File” is now “Output Filename”
In the generate document form the “Document Title” field has now been renamed “Output Filename.”
Client Names Pulled from Projects
Client names are now automatically pulled in from projects, when using the generate document form.
