Based in Denver, Lindsey runs the RocketDocs training program and provides professional services consulting. As a former RocketDocs customer herself, she is great at understanding the customers’ needs and helping them get the most out of our product.
What did you do before you came to RocketDocs?
Before RocketDocs, I worked at a technology company where I was actually a RocketDocs customer! I implemented the product, designed automations, and made sure that our proposal process was as efficient as possible. In addition to my role at the tech company, I went to school and worked as a counselor on
nights and weekends.
What is your role at RocketDocs?
I joined the RocketDocs team six years ago as a Customer Success Manager. Early this year, I transitioned to managing our training program and providing professional services. In this role, I host live training sessions to help customers onboard, write user manuals, and help with migrations, new customer implementations, and content refreshes.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
That’s a tough question because I like a lot of things about my job! I love encouraging our customers to learn new and creative ways to use the platform. It’s really rewarding to help them because I’ve been in their shoes and know how stressful that job can be.
How would you describe RocketDocs company culture?
At RocketDocs, everyone has a voice. If you have a good idea, you’re encouraged and given the support you need to pursue it. That’s how I ended up in the training role that I have today!
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love gardening and going to playground and the park with my daughter.
What is your favorite book and/or movie?
I can’t decide on a favorite movie, though The Shining and IT are definitely standouts. Love Stephen King!
My favorite book is The Pillars of the Earth because it’s such an immersive and interesting story.
What is your favorite restaurant?
We have great Mexican food in Denver – I love Santiago’s.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a doctor until I got to chemistry class in college.
What’s a fun thing to know about you?
I was a rodeo queen when I was a teenager.
