RocketDocs products and services (the “RocketDocs Products”) are not intended for personal use, but only for use in connection with RocketDocs software separately licensed by your business under its existing subscription services agreement with RocketDocs and subscription orders thereunder (“Company Subscription Agreement”). Certain RocketDocs Products are considered an “Add-in” which cannot run by itself and is designed to be used exclusively with the separately licensed RocketDocs software installed pursuant to the Company Subscription Agreement. Other RocketDocs Products are provided in combination with or are reliant on certain Microsoft Products which are licensed by you or your employer organization separately. Any Add-in or RocketDocs Product used in combination with a Microsoft product is licensed under and subject to both the Terms and Conditions of such Company Subscription Agreement your company entered into with RocketDocs as well as any terms and conditions or other legal obligations related to your use of Microsoft products. Further, you agree that your use of the RocketDocs Products will be in compliance with privacy and data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You agree that you will not introduce personal data or sensitive personal data unless such introduction meets all privacy or data protection obligations applicable to such data, and such introduction meets the specific requirements of your Company Subscription Agreement and any terms and conditions or other legal obligations related to your use of Microsoft products. You further agree that you will not introduce any data for unless you are the author, owner or a user with legal rights to use that information for that purpose.
