RocketDocs 2.50 Release Notes

RocketDocs releases its enhancements monthly on the last Tuesday of every month. The maintenance window is between 8 pm and 11 pm Eastern time. During this time you may experience some irregularities in your site and brief disruptions in service.

Content

  • Content Reminder Emails – System Administrators can now set content assignment reminder emails to be sent to assignees, x days before an assignment is due when it has not been completed.

  • Content Administrators Can Now Delete All Notes Visible to Them – Content Administrators can now delete any content notes that are visible to them. Library Administrators can delete content notes in Libraries in which they have administrative privileges.

Projects

  • Project Saved Searched – RocketDocs will now offer Saved Searches for projects, extending the Saved Search functionality that has been available in Content for years. This will enable Core users to save project search terms, filters, sorts, or column selection to be able to access it with the click of a button for future reporting. Project Saved Searches can be saved for individual use or shared globally.

  • Run Project Documents Through Elastic Search Prior to Running it Through Autofill – This enhancement will enable exact match questions to get assigned a higher weighting relative to other questions where the question and the response matching each receive a 50% weighting, enabling better handling of exact match questions in projects.
  • Ability to Target Response Location in Excel – Core users can now target individual response placement in Excel questionnaires with irregular question/response placement.
  • Ability to Handle Excel Like Tables in Word – Core users will now have the ability to automatically parse Excel like tables in Word, leading to higher autofill and generative AI rates in questionnaire drafts.

  • Ability to Autofill Documents More Than Once from the LaunchPad – Core users will now be able to autofill questionnaires more than once, directly from the LaunchPad, using different parameters, to enable better handling of multi-product or multi-topic questionnaires.

Google Workspace

RocketDocs now integrates with Google Docs and Google Sheets for uploading content and projects. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to enable this functionality in your tenant. Available August 20th in beta.

Our Approach to Generative AI for Private Data

For customers wanting to make the most of their private data, at RocketDocs our next generation Generative AI will offer a secure in-house solution.  It doesn’t make calls outside our system to third parties, so your data never leaves our environment.  This means RocketDocs can answer more questions for you without the unnecessary additional risk of sharing your data with third party systems, like ChatGPT.

  • It is private, using only your data
  • Generates answers by stitching together a response based on facts contained in your content library
  • Nothing leaves our servers
  • Leaves fewer blanks when prepopulating responses
  • Generated responses are highlighted for human review and once approved are by available for future use
  • Unlike third party general models, ours will enable uncensored, fine-tuned models

Two Layers of AI are Better than One.

Two layers of AI. One generative, one non. This gives you the ability to have appropriate safeguards to minimize the chances of “hallucinations” accidentally making it into materials. The non-generative AI will always be run first, this AI will always pick directly from a preapproved subset of content library responses. With information from your library always being pulled first, our generative AI will not have the chance to create a backlog of duplicate responses, which is a problem many companies that use Generative AI will face.

Once the non-generative AI work is finished, the generative AI can be invoked to help to respond to remaining questions. The answers filled in by the generative AI are purposely treated as drafts and highlighted for the writer, until they have been reviewed and approved by a human. Once approved, the newly created responses become part of the RocketDocs libraires, to be available for use by the non-generative AI. This helps to ensure that reviewed and approved content always receives priority, before the generative AI is used.

By integrating these AI tools and features into RocketDocs, you can streamline the response management process, improve the quality of responses, and increase your organization’s overall success, accuracy and efficiency.
