RocketDocs releases its enhancements monthly on the last Tuesday of every month. The maintenance window is between 8 pm and 11 pm Eastern time. During this time you may experience some irregularities in your site and brief disruptions in service.

RocketDocs will be down for scheduled maintenance on December 17th from 8 pm to 11 pm EST. Users may not be able to access RocketDocs at this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Content

• Added Sorting and Filtering Ability to Response Type Field – Users can now sort and filter on the ‘Response Type’ field. Included in filtering are quick filter, type ahead and select all capabilities. 
• Added Sorting to the Response Field – Users can now sort the ‘Response’ column to make it easier to find the response you are looking for from the content grid. 

Projects

• Questions Table Appears in the Same Order as the Questions Appear in the Project – The projects table in the project’s module will now display questions in the order they appear in the project by default, for easier navigation in the web interface. 

Administration

• Bulk Updates Export to Respect Paragraph Spacing in Short Responses – Short responses will now be exported into Word with paragraph breaks for easier reviews. 
  

Other

• Infrastructure Update – We have upgraded our underlying infrastructure and third-party libraries to the latest generation. This upgrade will help to improve the security and stability of the product and will provide us with an even more resilient base to build new features on.  
• User Interface Updates – You’ll notice we’re extending our new branding to our platform! You can enjoy the same layout with a refreshed look and feel.
