RocketDocs typically releases its enhancements monthly on the last Tuesday of every month. The maintenance window is between 8 pm and 11 pm Eastern time. During this time you may experience some irregularities in your site and brief disruptions in service.

Content

• Placeholders Will Now be Replaced with Values on Response Download and Preview – Users will now be able to preview placeholder values as part of the response and will no longer need to replace placeholder tags with values on downloaded responses.
• Ability to Grant Users Read Only Library Access – Content Settings Administrators will now have the ability to grant read-only access at the Library level.

• Added Filter to ID Column – Users will now be able to filter on the ID column, including all the usual features, like select all/deselect all, type ahead and quick filter option for easier navigation.

Projects

• Moved Question Identification/Autofill/Generative AI to Queue Listener – Ensuring that your project documents will never time out, no matter how large they may be.
• Ability to Remove Extraneous Information from Project Documents – RocketDocs will now be able to remove extraneous information from project documents, prior to placing them into your custom template, eliminating another manual step from the proposal process to deliver the ultimate time savings.

• Content and Project Placeholders Will Now Update on Autofill Rather than Publication – Ensuring that writers and reviewers see the final versions of responses ahead of publication.
• Ability to Export Final Output of Projects as a Single PDF File – Writers will now be able to choose a zip file or a PDF file for final proposal output.

Global

• Ability to Choose Excel Export Output as .XLSX or .CSV – User will now be able to choose their preferred Excel output, without needed to convert exported files.
