RocketDocs typically releases its enhancements monthly on the last Tuesday of every month. The maintenance window is between 8 pm and 11 pm Eastern time. During this time you may experience some irregularities in your site and brief disruptions in service.

Content

• Ability to Include Related Content Numbers in Excel Export – Users will now be able to include related content record numbers when exporting content to Excel, making the export a more complete view of the content in the RocketDocs platform.

• Ability to Export All Content into Word for Business Continuity Purposes – Content Administrators will now have the ability to download their complete content repository to be stored offline for Business Continuity. This export will not be limited to 500 content records like Bulk Update files.

Projects

• Ability to Ingest PDF Proposals – Users will now be able to upload PDF questionnaires directly into RocketDocs without the need to do the conversion outside of RocketDocs prior to upload.

• Added “x” in the Project Search Box – Users will be able to clear out project search terms more easily, reducing the number of clicks necessary to perform the task (every little bit helps!).

• Added “Same Placement for All” Checkbox for Choosing Question & Response Placement in Excel Questionnaires – When parsing complex Excel questionnaires users will no longer have to select question and response placement for every tab, on questionnaires where placement is consistent across multiple tabs.

• Added Ability to Automatically Send Project Reminder Emails – System Administrators will now be able to set reminders for project review steps to be sent out automatically x number of days prior to the due date, helping to get response feedback more quickly and easily.

Global

• Added Ability to Send Reminder Emails with a Click of a Button – Users will now have the ability to send manual reminders from their Control Center with a click of a button. These reminders can be sent instead of or in addition to automated reminders for a variety of assignments and tasks.

• Added Ability to Close Out Pop-Up Confirmation/Failure Messages – Users will now be able to close out pop-up messages if they want to close them out sooner.

Reporting

• Added a Global Audit Trail Report – Users with Reports access will now be able to report on critical audit trail information across the RocketDocs platform.  The audit report lets users toggle between content, projects, RapidDocs templates and external files.
