Increase Usage Count on Content When a Project is Copied

Based on customer feedback, we made the action of copying a project count as incremental content usage and increase usage count for each linked record. This enables your content managers to more accurately track usage and helps ensure that your knowledgebase is always relevant by allowing clearer visibility into which information in your knowledge base is unused and can be archived.

Administration

Reorder Categories in Content & Project Settings

Content and Project Settings Administrators can now reorder attribute categories to ensure that attributes are grouped and listed in the most effective sequence for your content/project creation process.
