How secure is the data stored in RocketDocs?

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, RocketDocs will work with you to upgrade your plan if needed either at the time of renewal or during the course of your contract term.
How does billing work for the annual plans?
Your plan will renew automatically for the same term length unless you notify us of any changes. RocketDocs will send an invoice to you at least 30 days prior to the end of your current contract term.
What kind of support can I expect with the Essential Plan?
Our support team is here to help! Simply submit a ticket through our online portal and we will coordinate the necessary resources at RocketDocs to resolve your issue.
Additionally, our support portal has many helpful self-service tools available including step-by-step articles, webinars, and video walkthroughs of various functions within our platform.
How do I add more users to my Pro Plan?
Users can be added at any time during your contract. Simply reach out to your customer success manager and they will be happy to provide pricing for the additional users.

RocketDocs offers a customer support portal where you are able to submit any questions or support requests.
What type of support does RocketDocs offer?
RocketDocs offers a full suite of support services. Our customer success team is available to answer questions and offer best practice recommendations, and our customer support portal has self-service tools including step-by-step articles, webinars, and video walkthroughs of our platform. Additionally, RocketDocs offers professional services for larger projects or detailed consulting engagements.
What is RocketDocs’ approach to AI?
RocketDocs uses a hybrid approach to AI. RocketDocs will identify and autofill responses using pre-approved responses from your knowledgebase. Responses that are not able to be answered directly with existing responses can be filled in using our Private Generative AI functionality, which uses the information in the knowledgebase to craft responses. Generated responses are always highlighted for human review. As more and more answers are selected and added to the knowledgebase, the system gets smarter and makes better recommendations. The use of two layers of AI gets you to a first draft in seconds!
Are there trial versions available for RocketDocs?
No, there are currently no trial versions, however, you can see a demo of our product at any time.
