Perry Robinson

Perry leads RocketDocs as President and CEO, overseeing the company’s vision, strategy, and execution. He joined RocketDocs in March 2023, bringing more than two decades of experience as a C-level executive, general manager, and general counsel in heavily regulated industries including healthcare, fintech, and legal services.

Throughout his career, Perry has helped build companies from early-stage startups to multi-billion-dollar businesses, leading and advising teams on business development, legal, compliance, and regulatory challenges. He has worked to successfully raise over one billion dollars in funding for the businesses he has led and advised. He is passionate about solving tough problems and building high-growth businesses that contribute positively to the world.

Beyond RocketDocs, Perry serves as a board director of AutomataNow, a software company that automates complex workflows, and Medable, a healthcare platform that enables decentralized clinical trials. He continues to advise founders and operators across the technology and regulated industry ecosystems.

Perry holds a JD from Baylor University School of Law and a BA with Highest Honors in Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin. He believes in servant leadership and empowering exceptionally talented people to reach their highest potential.

Gary leads RocketDocs technology strategy as CTO, driving innovation and ensuring the development of the technology that powers the platform. With extensive experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, and data management, Gary is responsible for the architectural decisions that have positioned RocketDocs at the front of the AI era for response management.

Under Gary’s technology leadership, RocketDocs has built Astro on Llama 3.1 hosted privately inside our environment, a private AI architecture that customer data never leaves. He has overseen the SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 dual certification of the platform, and the engineering investments that allow regulated-industry customers to deploy the platform at enterprise scale.

Gary’s leadership reflects a deep understanding of both the technical landscape and the operational needs of modern businesses. He is committed to delivering scalable and reliable technology that holds up under the compliance scrutiny regulated industries require.

Natasha Mezhebovsky

She translates the practitioner perspective into the platform decisions that get RocketDocs into customers’ hands faster and more confidently.

Lindsey leads RocketDocs customer success and services as Senior Director, overseeing the customer experience from initial implementation through ongoing partnership. Her team is made up of former RFP managers, proposal writers, and response management practitioners. We hire customer success from the same talent pool our customers hire from, because the people supporting your team should know what your team actually does.

Under Lindsey’s leadership, RocketDocs has refined the implementation methodology that gets most teams live within four to eight weeks, the ongoing customer success programs that drive multi-year platform adoption, and the white-glove engagement that has produced multi-decade customer relationships in regulated industries.

Customer success at RocketDocs is not a post-sale function. It is the team that bridges what the platform does and what each customer’s response operation actually needs to ship better, faster, more compliant work.
