Do you charge per seat?
No. RocketDocs pricing scales with your active response team, not with every person who logs in to review a document. Legal reviewers, compliance approvers, executives, and SMEs who participate occasionally are not counted toward your seat count. This structural difference frequently produces meaningful cost savings at scale and removes the friction of deciding who "gets a seat."
Where does your AI run? Is my data safe?
Our private AI engine, Astro, runs on a Llama 3.1 instance hosted privately inside our environment. Your data is never sent to third-party AI providers, never calls public AI APIs, and is never used to train external models. This is fundamentally different from competitor AI features that route your proprietary content through third-party LLM infrastructure. For regulated industries, that distinction is often a procurement requirement.
Do you offer multi-year contracts with discounts?
Yes. Most of our customers prefer signing multi-year agreements to benefit from price increase protections and tailored discounts.
Do you offer free trials?

Week 1, Setup and Kickoff: your tenant is ready on day one, and we align on specs and review your initial content. Week 2, Tools and Integrations: we deploy tools and optional integrations for maximum ROI. Week 3, Permissions and Content: we configure user permissions and library structure and import your content. Week 4, Customize and Test: we configure approval workflows, run your first project, and take your team live. Complex multi-affiliate or heavily customized deployments may run longer and are scoped during the demo process.

Adding additional dedicated response professionals scales pricing incrementally, not linearly with every login. We also tailor to requirements like separate instances for different business lines or affiliates. Users or modules can be added anytime during the service term. Are there hidden fees?
