Pricing
Pricing built for what you actually use
RocketDocs pricing is custom because regulated-industry deployments are. Multi-affiliate firms, multi-line-of-business banks, multi-product asset managers, and global enterprise software vendors all need different configurations. A single fixed-tier price would not fit any of them well. Here is how our pricing works, what is included, and what drives the cost.
How pricing works
Three factors drive your annual investment
We are transparent about all three so you can build a budget without surprises.
Team size
Your annual investment scales with the size of the team using the platform daily. This is your dedicated response professionals: proposal managers, proposal writers, security operations, DDQ teams, and similar roles. Critically, your annual investment does not scale per occasional reviewer (legal, compliance, executives, SMEs who log in a few times per quarter). That model is the per-seat trap that legacy competitors use, and we have intentionally avoided it.
Content volume
Your annual investment scales with the size of your content library and the volume of responses your team handles annually. Larger libraries and higher volume justify deeper platform investment. Smaller libraries and lower volume see proportionally smaller pricing.
Modules and configuration
Your annual investment scales with the modules you deploy. The base platform includes Astro (private AI), LaunchPad (Microsoft Word and Excel integration), the content library, workflows and approvals, the audit trail, and standard integrations. RapidDocs (logic-driven proposal generation) is a typical add-on for sales-led teams. Multi-affiliate configuration, advanced analytics, and certain industry-specific features may also factor into the configuration discussion.

Why we don't publish per-seat numbers
Why we do not publish per-seat numbers
A few competitors publish per-seat pricing or per-user starting prices. The numbers look transparent until you start adding the people who actually need to log in: legal reviewers, compliance officers, security engineers, executive approvers, occasional SMEs, and IT administrators. The published per-seat number rarely covers what real teams actually need, and the renewal conversation is where the math becomes painful.
RocketDocs takes a different approach. Pricing is structured so that occasional reviewers do not create per-seat surprises. Your dedicated response professionals drive the headline number. Everyone else who needs to participate in the workflow can do so without each individual login becoming a line item. The result is more predictable cost across the contract lifecycle.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why do you not publish a starting price like Loopio or AutoRFP?
Loopio publishes a $20,000 starting price for 10 seats, and AutoRFP publishes $899 to $1,299 per month with unlimited users. Both are real numbers for their target buyers. RocketDocs targets enterprise regulated-industry deployments where multi-affiliate, multi-line-of-business, and multi-product configurations create meaningful variation. A published starting price would either set expectations too low (most enterprise deployments exceed it) or too high (smaller engagements would feel overpriced before the conversation). The honest answer is that custom pricing fits the customer base better.
How does RocketDocs pricing compare to Loopio and Responsive?
At equivalent team size and content volume, RocketDocs pricing is generally competitive with Loopio and Responsive. The total three-year cost often comes out lower than Responsive specifically because of the per-seat differences. Loopio comparison is more nuanced because Loopio publishes the starting price and RocketDocs custom pricing requires a conversation. Book a Demo for a side-by-side that maps to your team.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Your annual investment scales with team size in dedicated response roles, content library scale, and modules deployed. Occasional reviewers (legal, compliance, executives, SMEs) do not create per-seat surprises.
Do you offer multi-year contracts with discounts?
Yes. Most customers sign two-year or three-year agreements. Multi-year terms typically include pricing protections (capped annual escalation) and may include discounts depending on commitment depth. Specifics are discussed during proposal review.
Is there a minimum contract size?
Yes. RocketDocs is engineered for enterprise and mid-market regulated industries with meaningful response volume. Very small teams (one to three responders) are usually a better fit for AutoRFP.ai or similar mid-market platforms. The minimum contract size is discussed during initial qualification on the demo.
Do you offer free trials?
Free trials are not the standard model for response management platforms because the platform requires content migration, workflow configuration, and team training to actually demonstrate value. We offer structured paid pilots for qualified opportunities. The demo and ROI calculator are the primary pre-purchase evaluation tools.
What about implementation cost?
Implementation is included in the standard deployment for most engagements. Some configurations (heavy content migration from legacy platforms, complex multi-affiliate setups, custom integration work) may include implementation services as a one-time fee. This is discussed transparently during proposal review.
How does pricing scale as our team grows?
Adding additional dedicated response professionals scales pricing incrementally, not linearly with every login. Adding additional lines of business or affiliates may require configuration adjustments. Adding modules (such as RapidDocs) is priced as the module addition. Specific scaling discussions happen during annual renewals.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Standard integrations (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SSO, SCIM, Open API) are included. Premium support tiers, certain regional data residency configurations, and specific add-on modules are priced transparently as add-ons. There are no surprise fees for SSO, basic analytics, or standard integrations.
