We are excited to announce the release of RocketDocs 2.67.0. This update focuses on enhancing automation, refining administrative workflows, and expanding the capabilities of our browser extension. The update happened Tuesday, April 28, 2026, during our standard maintenance window from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM ET.

Enhanced Content Management
Managing your library just got more flexible with two significant updates to how you handle content and formatting.
- Tagging During Word Imports: To help you organize your library faster, you can now add Tags directly within the Word import template. This eliminates the need for manual bulk tagging after your content is uploaded.
- Smarter Plain Text Refreshing: We have improved the "Use plain text response" refresh logic. Now, if you change a content record's setting from plain text back to rich text, your project documents will respect that change upon refresh. The system will automatically swap the plain text for rich text and manage any associated attachments accordingly.
Project Efficiency: Skipping Complex Tables
Not every table in a questionnaire needs to be automated. Based on user feedback, we have introduced the ability to skip tables during the parsing and autofill process.
This is particularly useful for complex tables meant for manual data entry, dynamic calculations, or static instructions. By skipping these during the initial "Mark Questions" phase, you can maintain better control over your document's structure without cluttering your automation queue.
Streamlined Administrative Workflows
We believe in making the final stages of a project as frictionless as possible. In this release, we have removed the "Requires Approval" checkbox for the final step in any workflow.
By disabling the "Save & Approve" button for the last step, we help teams move more quickly toward completion. We recommend ensuring that the "Can be edited" and "Can be published" permissions are enabled for your final step to ensure a smooth transition to project closure.
RocketVault: Empowering the Browser Extension
RocketVault continues to evolve into a powerful tool for real-time content collaboration. Users can now perform key content management tasks without leaving their browser extension:
- Add Content: Create new content records and assign them directly to a Subject Matter Expert (SME) while working in RocketVault.
- Suggest Edits: Notice something that needs a tweak? You can now suggest edits to existing content immediately, ensuring your library remains accurate and up to date.
